1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the 30-Day GLP Meal Guide and any related digital materials (the "Product"), sold by Kelsie Spencer, a sole trader operating under their own name (the "Seller", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or downloading the Product you enter into an agreement with the Seller and confirm that you accept these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By placing an order, downloading the Product, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

3. The Product

The Product is a downloadable PDF meal plan for personal, non-commercial use. It is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, especially while taking GLP-1 medications.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Product for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product with third parties;
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Product except for personal use;
• Attempt to bypass any technical restrictions, scrape, or interfere with our website;
• Upload malware or otherwise compromise the security of the website.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the Product, the website, and our branding (including text, recipes, images, and design) is owned by the Seller and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your personal use only. No other rights are granted.

6. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and downloads available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7. Payments, billing, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, taxes, billing, and currency conversion are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Product or the website if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, engage in fraud or security risks, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, your license to use the Product ends immediately.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Product and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Product, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller resides, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
